With 2+ years in Artist Management, you will leverage a strong network, fluent German/English, and a proactive, collaborative approach to drive long-term career planning and scalable success for creators and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Media Management, Media or Communications Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Artist Management
• Proven expertise in managing creators
• Strong industry network and established relationships with relevant partners
• Strong awareness of current social media trends and the mechanics of relevant platforms
• Professional, empathetic, and open-minded working style
• Clear and structured communication
• Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
• Independent, organized, and highly reliable approach to work
