Zusammenfassung

Jung von Matt NECKAR is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead visual concepts across campaigns, formats and channels in Stuttgart. You’ll translate ideas into a broad asset range, maintain creative consistency and tailor work to media and audiences while collaborating with copywriters, strategists and designers.

You’ll present ideas confidently to stakeholders and take ownership from concept to final execution, delivering work that is visually compelling and strategically relevant in both German

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or comparable creative environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating distinctive visual work and creative excellence.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a confident understanding of visual storytelling.
• A good understanding of different media, formats and their specific creative requirements.
• Experience balancing creative ambition with the needs of different stakeholders.
• Experience with B2B or retail clients is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset, confidence in presenting ideas and openness to feedback.

You are a strong visual thinker who turns ideas into distinctive creative work? As a Senior Art Director (d/f/m), you bring together visual craft, conceptual strength and a confident understanding of how ideas work across different media and formats. You enjoy creating work that is both visually compelling and strategically relevant, from employer branding and classic campaigns to internal communications and attention-grabbing PR ideas.

You like working across disciplines, take ownership and bring the confidence to push creative work to a high standard - from the first idea to the final execution and both in German and English.
