Jung von Matt in Stuttgart seeks an Account Director (d/f/m) to lead large, complex B2B client programs within our INDUSTRY Unit. You will drive strategic consulting, coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure campaigns run on time and within budget.

The role requires 7+ years of project management, strong client and brand understanding, and fluent German/English communication in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in business administration, media, economics or communication sciences or a comparable education (e.g. apprenticeship).
• At least 7 years of hands‑on experience in project management, ideally in an agency.
• Extensive customer-, market- and brand understanding for B2B clients.
• Experience in campaign processes—briefing, calculation and especially production.
• You enjoy teamwork, are proactive, and a strong communicator.
• Familiar with project management tools and agile working methods.
• You can run meetings, present well and steer discussions effectively.
