Responsibilities

• You will take technical ownership of the further development of our white-label product - from designing new features to optimizing existing functionality.
• You will develop fully native for Android using Kotlin applying modern architectures and best practices - without dealing with outdated legacy systems.
• You will design and enhance our CI / CD pipelines (e.g. Bitrise Fastlane CircleCI) to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
• Together with the team you will ensure the highest code quality - through reviews automated testing and coding guidelines that you help shape.
• You will be responsible for distributing test builds via TestFlight and for establishing monitoring and stability standards with tools such as Crashlytics.
• You will develop and introduce custom tools and automations to sustainably improve and standardize our development workflows.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Design and other stakeholders actively contributing to ideation QA release management and strategic decisions.
• You will play an active role in our agile Scrum team and contribute your expertise to shaping the technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• You have solid several years of experience as an Android developer and have already been responsible for delivering complex products or apps.
• You master modern Android development tools architectures and best practices at a senior level.
• You stand for clean testable code and embrace the principle of You build it you own it.
• You act independently make sound technical decisions and drive continuous optimization.
• You work solution-oriented think strategically and proactively engage in cross-functional initiatives.
• Ideally you have mentoring experience and share your knowledge in code reviews promoting best practices within the team.
