Zusammenfassung

BetMGM is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead insights across bonus, VIP, trading and promotions, partnering with product, operations and finance. You will design experiments, build scalable dashboards, and mentor a growing team within the Sports Analytics group.

You will translate complex data into actionable business narratives, present to senior leaders, and drive the analytics strategy in a regulated US sports-betting environment.

• Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights and analysis for key business questions across bonus, VIP, trading, promotions, and related areas
• Manage and deliver multiple short- and long-term projects at pace
• Lead the analytics strategy within the Sports Analytics team in collaboration with the Sports SLT
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating quantitative outputs into actionable business narratives
• Build and maintain complex datasets, reports, and dashboards
• Measure, evaluate, and optimize bonus and promotional spend
• Design and evaluate controlled experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests
• Build agents and automations to automate manual tasks and processes
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a high-performance analytics culture
• Partner with product, trading, operations, and finance teams to shape BetMGM's sports betting offering

Requirements

• 4+ years commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science
• Advanced use and understanding of SQL and large complex datasets
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R)
• Demonstrated ability to build clear, stakeholder-ready dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong analytical communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical and senior audiences
• Experience leading analytical strategies across the commercial business
• Experience designing and analysing A/B or multivariate tests to evaluate commercial interventions
• Experience working with large and sometimes incomplete and complex data sets
• Expert understanding of sports and the sports betting industry in United States
• Prior experience in a regulated sports betting or iGaming environment is preferred
• Business standard use of the English language
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
• Must comply with applicable gaming licensing requirements and comprehensive background checks
• Must comply with and support BetMGM's responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives
