Crédit Agricole CIB's German Corporate and Leveraged Finance team in Frankfurt seeks a Senior Analyst / Associate Leveraged Finance (f/m/d) to originate and execute LBO deals for internationalPE clients and German corporate borrowers.

You will build financial models, assess credit risk, prepare pitches and participate in credit committees, while developing your technical and language skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in leveraged, acquisition or corporate financing.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with credit/rating knowledge.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent German and English language skills; further languages are a plus.
• Team orientation, motivation and eagerness to progress.

Aufgaben

• Origination and execution of new Leveraged Buy Out deals for international PE clients and corporate borrowers.
• Primary risk assessment, transaction analysis, and presentation in credit committees.
• Preparation of financial models, cash flow projections and analyses.
• Marketing activities and production of pitch books with other lines (DCM/ECM/M&A).
• Support in structuring, legal documentation, distribution and closings.

Senior Analyst / Associate Leveraged Finance (f/m/d)

Your missions

Origination and execution of new Leveraged Buy Out deals for top international Private Equity clients as well as financings for corporate clients within the German CLF team.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the team you will be involved in the following areas:

• Primary risk assessment (research), analysis of transactions (via Information Memoranda, due diligence reports, participation in management presentations etc…), preparation of credit applications and their presentation in the respective credit committees
• Preparation of financial models, including cash flow analysis & financial projections
• Execution of marketing activities within the context of maintaining and extending business relationships, including preparation and production of pitch books in liaison with other business lines (DCM, ECM, M&A and debt syndication teams)
• Execution of financing transactions (support in structuring and legal documentation as well as in distribution/syndication and closings)
• Responsibility for the credit management of designated portfolio files

You will be fully integrated in the team with our common goal to improve your technical and soft skills and gain in autonomy.

• Profound knowledge of the financial sector, ideally with 2-3 years of experience working in a Leveraged, Acquisition or Corporate Financing department of a bank or relevant advisory firm

• Ability to work under pressure with different priorities and tight project deadlines
• Excellent language skills in German and English; further languages would be a plus
• Team orientation, strong attitude, motivation and continued eagerness
