Resonance in Berlin seeks a Senior AI Transformation Lead to steer flagship client engagements across the DACH region. You will own executive relationships, guide AI-enabled transformations, and supervise transformation leads and AI engineers.

You’ll design agentic workflows, prototype with Claude Code, and drive business cases through to measurable P&L impact. You’ll shape playbooks, mentor the team, and help define how Resonance scales in Europe while delivering tangible outcomes for clients

Europe is falling behind on AI, and we exist to help its businesses build real, defensible advantage from it rather than simply adopting it.

The role

As a Senior AI Transformation Lead in Berlin, you’ll run our most ambitious client engagements across DACH. You’ll own relationships with C-suite leaders, PE sponsors and management teams, and lead a team of transformation leads and AI engineers. You’ll map how a business runs its key processes, find where AI fundamentally changes the economics, and redesign them agentic‑first rather than bolting AI onto today’s process. You’ll prototype the new workflows yourself with Claude Code or similar, build the business case, and lead the change through to the people who have to adopt it. Every engagement starts with a value case and ends with the metric that moved in the client’s P&L. As one of our first 100 and one of our first leads in Berlin, you’ll also coach your team, turn each engagement into playbooks the next team starts from, and help shape how Resonance hires, operates and grows in DACH.

What we’re looking for: You’re a senior operator, typically with 5+ years of experience in equivalent roles, including running AI client engagements or transformation programmes end to end. You might be a senior consultant, engagement manager or associate partner at a top‑tier strategy firm, a VP or Director on a PE value creation team, an AI director, or an operator who has led a transformation from inside a business. You’re a builder with a deep understanding of technology. You don’t need to write production code, but you use AI every day, prototype with new models and tools the day they land, and know where to challenge your engineering counterparts. Just as important, senior executives trust you with their most important outcomes, you frame hard trade‑offs clearly, and you bring resistant organisations through change. We want both in one person. You have extreme agency, operate with urgency, and have consistently been among the very top performers of your peers. PE portfolio or value creation experience, operating experience in software or services, and German for client work in DACH are a plus. If you don’t tick every box, apply anyway.

Logistics: Berlin, 3+ days a week in the office or at client sites, mostly in DACH and Europe. English is our working language; German is a plus. We can sponsor visas for eligible candidates, start dates are flexible, and we're open to people relocating to Berlin.
