BCG Platinion in Munich invites you to shape the digital transformations of global clients with a focus on IT strategy, architectures and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead transformation projects in collaboration with diverse teams and steer core modules in an agile environment.

Requirements include a degree in computer science or informatics with strong grades, at least four years in IT consulting, proven team leadership, and fluency in German and English. International travel is possible.

• Four+ years of relevant IT consulting experience including transformation and implementation projects.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a desire to deepen AI fluency.
• Familiarity with stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes.
• Ability to assemble complex business cases.
• Comfort in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts; willingness to travel.
• Strong German and English communication skills.

• You have at least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, in the course of which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms of both strategy and operations
• You also have experience in leading project teams of more than three people
• You know exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics mean
• You have initial hands‑on experience working with AI tools and are eager to deepen your AI fluency in a professional context
• You are familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes
• You know exactly how to put together complex business cases
• You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel
• You’re good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
