We are growing our AI Development Team and looking for additional Senior AI Software Engineer Python to join CuJu in the beginning of 2026.

CUJU is on a mission to become the new digital standard in athlete identification and development in global sports. Our platform harnesses AI advanced analytics and digital networking to democratize access to knowledge development and career opportunities independent of gender ethnicity or origin. We digitally empower athletes and sports organizations with unbiased and data-driven insights on our way to redefine the future of talent scouting.

Tasks

Your Mission

As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJUs scalable reliable and future-proof technology architecture. Youll be at the core of building AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.

What Youll Work On

• Design and implement the overall AI-driven software architecture.


• Write clean production-ready Python code and champion best practices.


• Build and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines.


• Define and implement release strategies (blue / green canary rolling updates).


• Collaborate closely with stakeholders product teams and data scientists.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 7 years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.


• Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications.


• Deep knowledge of AI / ML systems and their integration into scalable products.


• Strong grasp of design patterns clean architecture and SOLID principles.


• Hands-on expertise with CI / CD cloud platforms (AWS) Docker Kubernetes.


• Fluent English.


• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.


• Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
