Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Technical Product Manager in the Data & AI team to shape the future of data-driven customer experiences and business impact. You will craft AI product roadmaps and translate insights into scalable features that drive measurable value.

Collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists and business analysts, you will define KPIs, champion AI adoption, and ensure successful integration across the organisation in a fast-evolving, data-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management with a focus on AI, ML or data science products.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience delivering products from design to working features and use cases.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Enjoy cross-functional teamwork and storytelling to simplify complex topics.

About your tasks

• Drive the roadmap and vision for AI products & solutions, and business insights tools.
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable impact.
• Define value proposition of the AI products and define success KPIs. Identify and document key use cases.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of AI solutions.
• Work closely with (AI) engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to transform concepts into scalable products.
• Champion data democratization and AI adoption across the company through innovative product design.

Qualifications

About you

• You bring experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning or data science products.
• You combine strong technical knowledge (Azure, GCP, Databricks, AI/ML, LLM technologies etc.) with a passion for turning insights into action.
• You have experience in successfully driving implementation of products from design and conceptualization to actual working features and use cases.
• You are fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and have the storytelling skills to communicate complex topics simply.
