Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Rx to own the digital prescription journey—from capture through checkout—and to craft intuitive experiences that millions rely on. You will work with cross-functional teams and apply experimentation, analytics and AI to drive conversion and customer value in Europe’s leading online pharmacy.

You’ll influence product strategy, collaborate across disciplines, and shape a roadmap focused on compliant, customer-centric digital healthcare.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience in complex regulated environments with strong compliance sensibilities.
• Strong focus on data-driven decisions, analytics and experimentation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product discovery, prototyping and delivery.

As our Senior Product Manager, Rx, you’ll own the digital prescription journey—from prescription capture through checkout—creating intuitive, high‑converting experiences that millions of customers can trust. Working alongside Product, Engineering, UX, Pharmacy and Commercial teams, you’ll combine experimentation, customer insights and emerging AI capabilities to redefine how people access healthcare online.

About your tasks

• Own the end‑to‑end digital prescription journey, continuously improving experiences from prescription capture and health insurance card scanning through checkout and order confirmation.
• Drive product strategy and experimentation by leveraging customer insights, analytics and A/B testing to improve conversion, customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
• Shape the future of digital healthcare by identifying opportunities to apply AI, personalization and intelligent recommendation capabilities that enhance customer value and increase basket growth.
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial and Data teams to deliver scalable, compliant and customer‑centric product solutions.
• Define product success through measurable outcomes, translating business goals and customer feedback into an impactful product roadmap focused on conversion, Rx order growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

About you

• You bring 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer‑facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplaces or consumer technology, with a proven commercial impact.
• You thrive in complex, regulated environments and enjoy balancing outstanding customer experiences with compliance and business objectives.
• You have strong experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing and conversion optimisation, and enjoy making decisions based on data rather than assumptions.
• You are excited by the potential of AI‑powered product development, with practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Codex or similar technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping and delivery. Experience within healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated industries is a plus.
