Job summary

Quantum Systems is seeking a Senior Agile Transformation Manager to lead and coach cross-functional teams across software and hardware development. You will establish scalable planning, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-performing products.

With a strong background in Agile at scale, you will guide leaders and teams on lean execution, foster transparency, and ensure robust delivery health metrics. Hybrid work options supported in a cutting-edge UAV environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years scaling Agile in organizations with 50+ developers and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing, adapting and improving development frameworks for complex engineering environments.
• Significant experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Delivery Lead, or similar role within a growing mid-size or large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles.
• Ability to coach leaders and teams without directing execution.
• Proven success supporting cross-functional software and hardware product teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and delivery across the software and hardware portfolio, aligning product management strategy and roadmap with engineering execution.
• Establish and continuously improve a scalable planning and delivery model grounded in Agile and Lean principles, encompassing product development, governance, system integration, testing, and release management.
• Identify systemic impediments, organizational bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies, partnering with senior leaders and functional owners to drive resolution.
• Coach senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and delivery teams on Agile leadership, outcome-based planning, prioritization, and effective decision‑making.
• Establish and monitor transparent measures of organizational delivery health, flow, quality, predictability, and release performance, using insights to drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning across the product development organization

As Senior Agile Transformation Manager, you are a leader, coach, and facilitator supporting Product Managers and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
