What will you do?
  • Overseeing daily office operations, including the supervision of document management (filing, scanning, archiving).
  • Preparing and proofreading reports, correspondence, translations, and PowerPoint presentations with a keen eye for detail.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinating procurement and stock of office supplies, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
  • Maintaining and organizing legal and administrative files (including KYC documentation) with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Planning and managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives and board members.
  • Assisting with invoice preparation and basic financial administration tasks.
  • Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
