BidMachine is one of the fastest-growing mobile adtech companies and we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our ad network team in a high-growth company.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in owning and growing key customer relationships, driving campaign performance, and contributing to revenue growth. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they extract maximum value, leveraging our ad network to meet their user acquisition goals.

In this role, you'll partner cross-functionally with sales, product and data science to solve complex challenges, deliver strategic insights, and support scalable campaign success. Your expertise will help position BidMachine as a trusted partner and accelerate our market presence.

We are looking for an expert Account Manager who understands how to solve customer pain points and can develop a deep understanding of products. You will need to think like an entrepreneur, have a bias for action and outcomes and be able to take advantage of opportunities in a fast-paced market.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Account Management experience in mobile advertising;
  • Proven ability to translate client marketing goals into data-driven, strategic recommendations that align with performance KPIs;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and comfort influencing decisions through data;
  • Deep domain knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem tools (e.g., MMPs), ad tech and big data environments;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both clients and internal teams;
  • Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, bias-for-action and lean-startup mentality.
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships: Act as a trusted advisor for multiple clients, leading meetings, business reviews, and ensuring clear communication across all touchpoints;
  • Campaign strategy and execution: Oversee campaign setup, monitoring, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement and meet client goals;
  • Product and industry expertise: Develop deep knowledge of company products and the ad tech landscape to offer strategic guidance and education to customers;
  • Data-driven insights: Use analytics tools to deliver performance reports and actionable recommendations;
  • Revenue growth and retention: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, aligning solutions with client goals to drive revenue;
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to troubleshoot issues and influence roadmap development through customer feedback;
  • Team and process leadership: Contribute to a culture of accountability and improvement and streamline workflows for better efficiency and results.
