A deep tech company in Berlin seeks a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll guide enterprise stakeholders in complex buying journeys while collaborating with a talented team. Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of tech sales experience and a passion for AI. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact in a rapidly growing environment.

Full-Cycle Sales
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, across new logo and expansion
Guide enterprise stakeholders through complex buying journeys with clear business cases
Leverage our advanced GTM Engineering capabilities and Solution Engineering team to drive revenue in your territory
Deal Execution
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey, from first touch to pilot and close
Build mutual success plans and support them with a PM-style mindset
Collaborate with Solution Engineering on proposals and proof-of-concepts
Brand & Internal Collaboration
Represent QuantPi online and at events, contributing to a strong market voice
Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and inform roadmap decisions
Drive to win new business. You thrive on building pipeline, opening doors, and turning opportunities into real results.
Experience in tech sales in B2B, within high-performing teams where you know what good looks like. (min. 3-5 Years selling 100k$+ contracts)
Platform sales experience. This is not simply Solution selling. Multiple Stakeholders, various reasons on why to buy. Land & Expand we need account management skills as well.
Tech-savvy mindset. You understand how companies build and adopt AI (or adjacent technologies) and speak the language of product, data, and value.
Clear and compelling communicator. You simplify complex ideas and tell stories that resonate across technical and business audiences.
Full-cycle sales ownership. From sourcing to closing, you confidently run complex sales motions.
Consistently exceed targets. You've delivered results and contributed to growth across revenue and beyond (e.g. GTM plays, internal enablement).
Sell beyond the budget. You build urgency, shape business cases, and influence buying decisions.
Fluent in stakeholder management. You engage with engineers, business leaders, and C-levels with credibility and ease.
