Die Deutsche Telekom Privatkundenvertrieb GmbH sucht im Telekom Shop Neuwied eine engagierte Verkaufsbegleitung. Als Verkäufer:in beraten Sie zu Standardprodukten, verkaufen Services und unterstützen das Team im täglichen Geschäft, um Kunden gezielt zu begeistern.

Sie tragen Verantwortung für Service am Counter, klären einfache Anliegen, bearbeiten Aufträge gemäß Systemvorgaben und wirken an regionalen Verkaufsförderungsaktionen mit.

Qualifications

• Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare berufliche Erfahrung im Verkauf.
• Fachkundige Verkaufsfähigkeiten und sichere Kundenkommunikation.
• Zielorientierung, Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit sind erwünscht.

Responsibilities

• Sie beraten und verkaufen Standardprodukte und -dienstleistungen.
• Sie führen Serviceaktivitäten am Servicetheken durch und lösen einfache Probleme.
• Sie bearbeiten Kundenanliegen gemäß Systemvorgaben inkl. Datenpflege.
• Sie unterstützen regionale verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen und die Shop-Teams.
• Sie unterstützen Schulung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden im Shop.
