Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support Security Assistance in the air domain, handling planning, case lifecycle management, and AM&E efforts. You will interface with foreign partners, lead interagency meetings, and help develop LOAs and LORs.

Security Assistance Initiative Program Analyst
Support Security Assistance (SA) efforts in the air domain through planning, prioritization, case lifecycle management, training, sustainment, and other Security Cooperation Office (SCO) functions. Interface with foreign allies and partners to identify capability requirements and propose solutions to address capability gaps. Provide expertise on SA and Security Cooperation (SC) authorities. Support SA or SC programs in the air domain with a focus on fixed and rotary-wing aviation assets and related enablers. Coordinate pre-Letter of Request (LOR) activities, LORs, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), case development, program execution, and Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) efforts for capability-based SA or SC programs. Develop and lead U.S. interagency and allied and partner nation meetings to ensure SA or SC program execution. Manage correspondence in support of partner engagements, training events, program reviews, information papers, and routine MILGP correspondence. Enable timely responses to requests for information pertaining to foreign SA. Support Foreign Visit Requests and International Travel Orders, as needed.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
