Randstad sucht einen erfahrenen Chief Scrum Master – Ground Mission and Armament System (d/f/m) in Bayern, Ingolstadt, zur Führung eines größeren agilen Netzwerks. Sie unterstützen ein 75+ Mitglieder umfassendes Team, treiben SAFe- und Scrum-Ansätze voran, fördern Servant-Leadership und sichern die Verbindung zwischen Product Management, Engineering und Operations.

Sie definieren und verbessern Prozesse, arbeiten eng mit DevOps an CI/CD-Pipelines, definieren Done-Kriterien und liefern messbaren

Qualifications

• 8+ Jahre Erfahrung in agiler Lieferung, mind. 3 Jahre als Senior Scrum Master oder Agile Coach.
• Erfahrung im Leiten von Scrum-Teams oder Scrum-of-Scrums auf Skalenebene.
• System Life Cycle Kenntnisse (ISO/IEC 15288, INCOSE) und Übersetzung von Engineering-Artefakten in das Agile-Backlog.
• Kenntnisse in RAID-Logging, Abhängigkeits- und Risikomanagement auf Programmebene.

Responsibilities

• Führen und Mentoring einer Community von Scrum Masters und mehreren Scrum-Teams.
• Coach Teams und Führungskräfte in Scrum/SAFe, um Hochleistung und Selbstorganisation sicherzustellen.
• Konfigurationsmanagement-Prozesse implementieren (Versionierung, Baselines, Change Control).
• Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps zur Optimierung von CI/CD-Pipelines und Definition of Done.
• Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Kennzahlen (Velocity, Predictability) auf Dashboard berichten.

Job description

Within the Eurodrone Program the department is developing a full Mission and Armament System with collaboration of several stakeholders and suppliers. In order to achieve that the department is looking for a candidate (d/f/m) able to support a 75+ members organization to achieve its challenging milestones following a Scrum/SAFe methodology already established but in constant evolution and improvement. The responsibilities start from concepts development and customer alignments to Systems and Software design, development, verification and integration. The jobholder works as a Chief Scrum Master - Ground Mission and Armament System (d/f/m)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a community of Scrum Masters and multiple Scrum teams, fostering a servant -leadership culture
• Coach teams and senior leaders on Scrum (and SAFe when required) to ensure high-performing, self-organising delivery Design, implement and maintain
• Configuration Management processes (version control, baselines, change control, traceability)
• Support the application of Systems-Engineering principles (requirements, architecture, integration, verification) to keep agile work aligned with engineering standards Identify, map and mitigate cross-team dependencies and program-level risks.
• Work with DevOps to set up and improve CI/CD pipelines and define a "Definition of Done" that includes configuration and quality criteria
• Track and report key agile metrics (velocity, PI predictability, change-lead time, baseline compliance) on dashboards for stakeholders
• Align delivery with Business Owners and Product Management to guarantee that every increment delivers measurable value.
• Remove structural impediments (infrastructure, security, licensing, etc.) that block the flow of work
• Promote a risk-based testing and quality mindset across all teams

Erfahrungen

• Studium:
• - Informatik mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang oder
• - Systems Engineering or related field
• Anforderungen:
• Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
• German knowledge is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in agile delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior Scrum-Master or Agile-Coach role
• Servant-leadership at scale - proven experience guiding 4+ Scrum teams or a Scrum-of-Scrums
• Advanced Scrum/SAFe coaching - ability to train Scrum Masters, Product Owners and executives is needed
• Systems Engineering knowledge - familiar with system life-cycle models (ISO/IEC 15288, INCOSE) and able to translate engineering artifacts into agile backlog items is mandatory
• Program-level dependency & risk management - skilled at mapping dependencies, maintaining RAID logs and driving mitigation actions
• Dealing with Impediment removal - track record of escalating and resolving organization-wide blockers
• Dealing with Quality & testing advocacy - promotes system-level, acceptance and regression testing within agile workflows
• IT Metrics-driven mindset - capable of defining, collecting and visualising agile and CM KPIs / Knowledge of Jira,
• Bigpicture and overall Atlassian tools
