Andersen is hiring a Scrum Master for a project building a next-generation digital platform and supporting agile delivery of scalable technology solutions in a regulated industry. The role guides teams through Scrum, removes blockers, and ensures sprint goals are met across distributed teams.

You will work with Azure DevOps Boards and Jira, prioritize backlogs, and mentor teammates toward continuous improvement as the company expands its cloud-native, AI-assisted development.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• Managing teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Focusing on agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management.
• Effectively mediating conflict and helping unblock team members.
• Helping the team prioritize their work so that each sprint is a success and sprint goals are accomplished.
• Working with Azure DevOps Boards / processes and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps).
• Working with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed members.

Must-haves

• Experience managing teams in an Agile or Scrum framework for 3+ years.
• Strong focus on Agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management.
• Proven ability to mediate conflicts and foster collaboration within Agile teams.
• Experience identifying, escalating, and removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ability to guide teams in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to maximize delivery outcomes.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, processes, and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps).
• Experience with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed team members.
• Scrum Alliance (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or project management certifications.
