Qualifikationen

  • Experience as a Product Owner for 3.5+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP services, Postman, Swagger, and OpenAPI.
  • Experience with SFTP and integration of distributed systems.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and API-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as ELK stack.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for project and requirements management.
  • Proficiency in UML, BPMN, Draw.io, and Camunda for process modeling and documentation.
  • Ability to independently perform Product Owner responsibilities without supervision.
  • Proven experience managing backlogs and roadmaps in complex, integration-heavy environments.
  • Strong background in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience facilitating discussions and aligning stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ability to prepare clear and structured reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of system integrations and API-based solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

  • Evaluating scope and making trade-off decisions considering business impact, technical constraints, risks, and timelines.
  • Ensuring backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development in collaboration with Business Analysts.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating meetings and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, blockers, and key metrics.
  • Managing release planning and ensure product increments meet Definition of Done and business expectations.
  • Proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and removing obstacles affecting delivery.
  • Supporting and promoting Agile and Lean practices within the team.

Andersen is hiring a Product Owner for a project developing enterprise integration solutions and driving digital transformation across insurance and customer service platforms.

Our customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain. The company provides a diverse portfolio of customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets. With a strong focus on digital capabilities, operational excellence, and long-term development, the organization continuously invests in technology, process improvement, and service innovation to support evolving customer and business needs.

The project is focused on designing and implementing an integration layer that connects multiple business systems and digital services. It includes building integrations for insurance and customer service workflows, enabling seamless data exchange, process automation, and alignment with the overall enterprise integration strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Shaping and evolving product vision, strategy, and success metrics in line with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Building and maintaining a clear product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to maximize value delivery.
