Drive strategic digital initiatives with a focus on technology strategy, implementation steering, and client impact

Your Role

• Lead or co‑lead workstreams within digital transformation projects
• Design and steer technology initiatives across our focus industries (Financial Services, Tech Businesses, Manufacturing, Private Equity, International Development)
• Analyze client IT landscapes and support strategic architecture or sourcing decisions
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with technical experts and partners
• Guide Associates while collaborating closely with senior advisors and experts
• Translate complex technology topics into actionable business insights

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Business, MINT/STEM, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in consulting, technology, or transformation (Consultant ~2–4 years; Senior Consultant ~4–6 years)
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
• Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities
• Sound understanding of IT architectures, emerging technologies, and digital business models
• Excellent communication skills in English (German beneficial)
• Willingness to travel and work in international settings
