SCIENTIST ORGANIC SYNTHESIS (M/F/D)

Full-time, starting immediately, fixed-term until 31 December 2026

Novaled GmbH is a research and development company and the world's leading supplier of special chemicals for the application in organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). Novaled's products can be found in most AMOLED displays, including smartphones, TVs and smartwatches. Novaled‘s main shareholder is Samsung SDI.

YOUR ROLE:

To strengthen our n-side Group we are looking for a Scientist (m/f/d) with the following key activities:

  • Development of synthesis routes for buisness-relevant chemicals within the scope of RnD projects and ideation processes, including corresponding documentation and data analysis.
  • Independent synthesis and purification of business-relevant chemicals within the scope of RnD projects and ideation processes, including the corresponding documentation and data analysis
  • Identification and evaluation of potentially patentable technical solutions and active generation of new IP
  • Literature research according to specifications
YOUR PROFILE:
  • You have a master's degree in the field of organic chemistry.
  • First professional experience with organic or organometallic synthesis is desirable.
  • You possess a high degree of responsibility, reliability and integrity.
  • You distinguish yourself as a team-oriented personality, work proactively, carefully and independently.
  • In addition, you use MS-Office routinely and have a very good command of German and English (min. B2 level).

The position is available immediately. The working hours are 40 hours per week. Please indicate your availability and salary expectations (gross annual salary) in your application.
