Zusammenfassung

IgniteSAP is seeking a SAP Technology & Development Team Leader to drive large-scale S/4HANA transformation projects across private and public cloud in Germany.

You will lead SAP consultants and technical delivery teams, shaping a culture focused on people development, collaboration and innovation while delivering high-impact SAP implementations and modernization initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of SAP technology consulting or development experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP consultants, project teams, or technical delivery teams.
• Strong expertise in SAP technologies including: SAP ABAP / ABAP Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CDS Views, Integration Suite
• Experience with SAP transformation, migration, or implementation projects
• Understanding of Clean Core principles, cloud architectures, and modern SAP development
• Passion for people development, innovation, and emerging technologies such as SAP Joule, AI, and automation
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Fluent German (C1+) and English

Your Profile

• Several years of SAP technology consulting or development experience
• Proven experience leading SAP consultants, project teams, or technical delivery teams
• Strong expertise in SAP technologies including: SAP ABAP / ABAP Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CDS Views, Integration Suite
