Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking a senior SAP Lead to manage and develop a team of SAP Business Application specialists in Germany. You will shape the SAP architecture, oversee S/4HANA and cloud deployments, and align SAP processes with business needs across units and partners.

Responsibilities include steering SAP rollouts, optimizing interfaces, and partnering with IT and external consultants to deliver value.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• Extensive leadership experience in disciplinary and professional teams.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules, processes, support activities, and SAP landscape.
• Several years hands-on SAP consulting and implementation project experience.
• Strong project management skills including SAP rollouts and end-to-end delivery.

Tasks

• Lead and develop a team of SAP Business Application specialists, including consultants and developers, both from a disciplinary and professional perspective
• Drive the ongoing evolution of SAP architecture within the wider IT landscape
• Oversee and support the continuous development of the SAP application environment, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, add-ons, interfaces, and related business processes
• Advise internal business units and subsidiaries on the optimisation, harmonisation, and standardisation of processes through SAP applications and functionalities
• Analyse, evaluate, and implement business requirements in close collaboration with internal departments, external consulting partners, and IT teams
• Manage external service providers and consulting partners to ensure effective delivery and alignment with project and business objectives

Profile

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in both disciplinary and professional team leadership
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules, processes, support activities, and the broader SAP solution landscape
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting and implementation projects
• Strong project management skills, including experience in SAP rollouts and end-to-end project delivery
• Very good command of German and English languages
