Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Remote

Languages: English and German speaking

Type: Contract / Freelance

Workload: 10–20 person-days per month

Role / Responsibilities

• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (advanced to expert level).
• Experience across other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management within SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Familiarity with workflows, rules, and role-based permissions.
• Demonstrated ability to support data migration and integration efforts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• German language proficiency : C1 level or higher.
