What you’ll do
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues across multiple environments and application systems.
  • Interact with network services, software systems, and applications.
  • Guide end users, provide best practices, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Manage ticket schedules, prioritize tickets, and set expectations with customers.
  • Document all issues and develop knowledge base content using KCS.
  • Collaborate with international technical support staff, quality assurance, development, and account teams.
  • Support customers via case management and web sessions.
  • Assist with QA of beta products, pre‑GA versions, and internal processes and tools.
What you bring
  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service, ideally in B2B Cloud Software companies.
  • A team player who can work in an international team.
  • Experience with working remotely or with remote colleagues.
  • Fluent German knowledge for conversations with MEE‑located customers (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical thinker focused on problem solving.
  • General understanding of SaaS/Cloud.
  • Experience with DBMS, web applications, and Single‑Sign‑On technologies.
  • Experience using KCS to create and maintain knowledge articles is a benefit.
  • Experience working in Ticket systems (Jira/ServiceNow) and documentation systems (Confluence/SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of Databases (SQL Management Studio or MySQL Workbench etc.) is a benefit.
  • Knowledge and working with Git is a benefit.
