Next Ventures is currently looking for an experienced SAP SCM Consultant to join an exciting S/4HANA Greenfield Transformation program with one of our key clients. The contract will ideally start on the first week of Decemberfor an initial 12-month contract + extensions. The project will be majority remote with occasional travel near Cologneduring critical phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SCM solutions within the S/4HANA landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, SD, QM) to ensure seamless integration across supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, testing, and deployment activities as part of the Greenfield transformation journey.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle, including post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP experience, with strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in Greenfield or large-scale transformation projects.
• Demonstrated cross-functional integration experience (MM, PP, SD, QM).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry experience in Chemicals or Pharmaceuticals highly advantageous, particularly with knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and batch management processes.
