Korn Ferry is partnered with a Financial Services client in Germany seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a major S/4HANA transformation. The role requires deep SAP Finance (FI/CO) knowledge and a track record delivering large-scale programmes.

Based in or near Munich, you will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, budgets, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels, coordinating global teams and vendors to ensure successful deployment and business adoption.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years SAP project/programme management experience.
• Proven delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP FI/CO.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the Financial Services sector in Germany.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Manage project governance, planning, risks, issues, and reporting.
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, and integration workstreams.

We have partnered with our client in their search for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a major S/4HANA transformation programme for a Financial Services client in Germany. The role requires strong programme delivery expertise, SAP Finance knowledge, and experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP project/programme management experience
• Proven delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Strong functional understanding of SAP FI/CO
• Previous experience delivering SAP projects within the Financial Services sector
• Fluent German and English
• Strong stakeholder, governance, budget, and risk management skills
• Experience leading international and multidisciplinary SAP teams

Preferred

• Based in or near Munich
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations in regulated environments
• SAP Activate and Agile delivery experience

Responsibilities
