Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Consultant with EWM and TM expertise to support Germany-based implementations. You will join a multi-cultural team, contributing to strategic SAP projects and delivering transformational solutions.

You will drive full life cycle SAP EWM/TM deployments, engage in Fit-Gap workshops, and help translate business needs into robust system designs. German and English at B2 level are required to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA with EWM and TM modules.
• Ability to conduct Fit-Gap analysis and workshops.
• Strong design and adoption capabilities for GAPs.
• German language at least B2 level (spoken and written).
• English language at least B2 level (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in EWM/TM.
• Evaluate business requirements and map to SAP capabilities.
• Plan and run Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Design solutions and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with near-/offshore teams and client PMs.
• Contribute as sparring partner for the client and project management.
• Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
• Communicate effectively in German and English at B2 level.

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Extended Warehouse Management / Transport Management
• Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
• Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
• Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities
• At least 3-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in SAP EWM, TM
• Profound Extended Warehouse Management Execution and/or Transport Management process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• Minimum level of B2 in both German and English
