Job summary

Infosys Consulting Munich is seeking an SAP Consultant for Manufacturing PP and QM with 8+ years of experience. You will lead SAP S/4HANA deployments, translate business requirements into system design, and drive process improvements.

You will plan Fit-Gap workshops, collaborate with cross functional teams, and support international template rollouts while traveling as needed. Strong English and German skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of SAP PP/QM experience with S/4HANA capabilities.
• 2–5 full project lifecycles in SAP PP/QM across international contexts.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and German or country language at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in PP and QM.
• Evaluate business requirements and map to SAP capabilities.
• Plan Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops with clients.
• Design solutions and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with near/offshore teams to ensure delivery.
• Act as sparring partner for client and project management.

SAP Consultant Manufacturing PP, QM

The Role

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management
• Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
• Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
• Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities

Requirements

• Have at least 8 years of experience in this area.
• At least 2-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in SAP PP, QM
• Profound Production Planning & Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency),
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
