IgniteSAP is seeking an experienced SAP Public Sector Manager to lead consulting projects, grow a high-performing Public Sector team, and strengthen client relationships in Germany.

You will drive transformation programs, mentor consultants, and advise senior stakeholders on SAP strategy, finance, and digital transformation, while expanding offerings in Funds Management and Public Sector Accounting.

• Extensive experience in SAP Public Sector / PSM consulting.
• Proven track record managing SAP projects and senior stakeholders.

• Commercial mindset with experience in client development or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent German and good English.
