Andersen is seeking an SAP Product Operations & Authorization Consultant with German to optimize SAP processes and deliver scalable identity solutions. The project focuses on intake, governance, and authorization management for SAP across demand qualification and backlog governance.

You will work with SAP ABAP authorizations, SAP BTP roles, Cloud Identity Services, and possibly SAP IDM, contributing to governance and process improvement while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of SAP Authorization Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Authorizations and SAP BTP Authorizations.
• Experience in Requirements Engineering, analysis and documentation.
• Experience designing and optimizing intake and demand management processes.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and best practices.
• Interest in continuous learning and agile work methods.

Andersen is hiring an SAP Product Operations & Authorization Consultant with German for a project optimizing SAP processes and delivering scalable identity and authorization solutions.

The project is focused on developing, standardizing, and optimizing SAP intake and requirements management processes for authorization and identity services. It covers demand qualification, backlog governance, quality assurance, process improvement, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Tasks

• Designing and maintaining standardized SAP demand intake processes, governance, and documentation.
• Evaluating, prioritizing, and managing business and technical requirements.
• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements using modern Requirements Engineering practices.
• Creating and maintaining user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirement traceability.
• Providing technical consulting on SAP Authorization Management, including SAP ABAP Authorizations, SAP BTP Roles, Cloud Identity Services, and optionally SAP IDM.
• Ensuring alignment between business requirements, governance, and SAP platform capabilities.
• Defining and maintaining quality gates, reviewing backlogs, and validating requirement quality and feasibility.
• Preparing stakeholder reporting and recommending improvements to demand management, automation, and SAP service delivery processes.

Profile

Must-haves:

• Experience in SAP Authorization Management for 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP Authorizations. Practical experience with SAP BTP Authorizations and SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, including requirement analysis, qualification, and documentation.
• Experience designing, documenting, and optimizing intake and demand management processes.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and requirements management best practices.
• Experience analyzing and improving service delivery and platform-related processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with SAP Identity Management (SAP IDM).
• Experience establishing and managing quality gates for requirements processes.
• Knowledge of workflow and intake process automation.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
