Andersen is seeking a System Analyst to join a EU project modernizing digital banking solutions for retail and corporate clients. You will elicit requirements, model processes with BPMN and Camunda, and define APIs, data flows, and security constraints.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, and security teams to ensure observability and reliable delivery in an Agile environment, supporting integration and secure cloud services.

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst in the EU for a project developing digital banking solutions and modernizing secure, scalable financial services for retail and business customers. The customer is a financial services organization providing banking products and digital solutions for individual and business clients. The company operates through an established service network and online platforms and is part of a larger international financial group, supporting ongoing development of its services for a broad client base. The project is focused on developing and enhancing digital banking solutions for retail and corporate customers. It aims to improve online financial services, modernize banking processes, and deliver secure, scalable technologies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
• Modeling and optimizing business processes using BPMN and Camunda.
• Defining solution designs, integration requirements, APIs, events, and data flows.
• Collaborating with business, architects, developers, DevOps, and security teams.
• Defining observability requirements (monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, SLA/SLO).
• Gathering and documenting security requirements, including authentication, authorization, auditing, and compliance controls.
• Supporting Agile delivery, backlog refinement, testing, and production readiness activities.

Requirements

• Experience as System Analyst / Business-System Analyst for 4+ years.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 and Camunda (7/8) knowledge.
• Experience with microservices and system integrations.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, sequence and process diagrams.
• Understanding of observability concepts (logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting).
• Knowledge of security fundamentals: OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, audit logging.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to Have

• Camunda 8 OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps.
• Experience with Payments, AML/KYC, Digital Banking, Risk & Compliance domains.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate, Enterprise Architecture practices.
