Job summary

IgniteSAP Resources Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP PP Manager in Germany to shape production planning within complex S/4HANA transformations. You will own PP design, drive MRP discussions, and influence cross-module integration with MM, SD, and QM.

The role requires hands-on configuration, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor colleagues while contributing to proposals and practice development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP PP experience.
• Strong S/4HANA PP expertise.
• Hands-on configuration and solution design capability.
• Experience with complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• B2+ German and good English.

Responsibilities

• Own PP solution design across major S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Lead discussions around production planning, MRP and manufacturing processes.
• Challenge existing processes and develop improved SAP solutions.
• Influence integration between PP, MM, SD, QM and wider S/4HANA.
• Act as a senior functional reference point for customers and consultants.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to proposals and practice development.
