Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience with deep SAP PP expertise.
• 5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA PP and global template design.
• Experience across SAP modules: QM, EWM, MM, PM, SD.
• Familiar with SAP Digital Manufacturing and MES integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite and APIs.

Your Role:

As a senior expert at the intersection of enterprise technology and global manufacturing, you will shape the future of production planning by leading the architecture, design, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions across large-scale, international programs. In this pivotal role, you will define solution standards, govern architectural decisions, and drive manufacturing transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact across the organization.

You will lead global design and implementation activities, ensuring that solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders at all levels, you will translate complex operational requirements into robust technical solutions, provide architectural oversight, and serve as a trusted senior advisor and mentor to colleagues across functions. Your contributions will directly influence the strategic direction of digital manufacturing and continuous improvement programs on a global scale.

Location is flexible within Europe.

Who You Are:

• You bring 10 or more years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP PP and a strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations.


• You have 5 or more years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering global SAP implementations and transformation programs.


• You hold a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.


• You have hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP and global template design, with experience across integrated SAP modules such as SAP QM, EWM, MM, PM, and SD.


• You are familiar with SAP Digital Manufacturing and MES integrations, and have working knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and APIs within enterprise integration architectures.


• You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently, and bring strong stakeholder management skills that enable you to influence and align diverse teams across business and IT.


• Experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries is an advantage, as is the flexibility to travel occasionally to support global program delivery.
