MPower Plus is seeking a SAP PP Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end production planning and manufacturing delivery in SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The role requires deep PP functional expertise and strong architectural skills across integrated supply chain and manufacturing processes.

The candidate will guide standardization, master data harmonization, and cross-functional integrations with MM, SD, QM, PM, and EWM/WM, while driving scalable, best‑practice designs and successful deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of SAP PP experience with architect or lead responsibility.
• Expertise in MRP parameters, BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.
• Experience with S/4HANA PP implementations or conversions.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and functional specs.
• Exposure to PP-DS, batch management, IDoc/API integrations, and ABAP collaboration.

Job purpose:

The candidate will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Production Planning and Manufacturing solutions within SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The role requires strong architectural skills, deep PP functional expertise, and the ability to work across integrated supply chain and manufacturing processes. Exposure to Life Sciences, Healthcare, and ERU customers is a strong advantage, particularly in regulated and asset-intensive environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Design
• Own and define SAP PP solution architecture for S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and global rollouts
• Design scalable and standardized solutions covering: o Demand Management and MRP o Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / MRP Live o Production Orders & Process Orders o Capacity Planning and Scheduling o Shop Floor integration and confirmations
• Drive fit-to-standard design using SAP Best Practices and clean-core principles S/4HANA Manufacturing Transformation
• Lead ECC to S/4HANA PP transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective)
• Enable S/4HANA innovations such as: o MRP Live o Advanced planning parameters o Fiori-based manufacturing apps o Embedded analytics for production KPIs
• Guide simplification of planning processes, master data harmonization, and performance optimization Cross-Functional Integration
• Architect tight integration of PP with: o MM (BOMs, procurement, inventory management) o SD (make-to-order, demand-driven planning) o QM (in-process inspections, quality notifications) o PM (maintenance integration with production) o EWM/WM (staging, production supply, backflushing)
• Collaborate with MES, LIMS, PLM, and third-party shop floor systems where applicable Governance, Leadership & Delivery
• Act as PP domain architect and provide functional leadership to delivery teams.
• Review and approve solution designs, configuration, WRICEF objects, and enhancements
• Guide testing strategy (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and production stabilization
• Partner with business stakeholders, COE teams, and system integrators.

Must Have Skills:

• SAP PP Functional Expertise · 8–10+ years of deep hands‑on SAP PP experience with architect or lead responsibility
• Strong expertise in: o MRP parameters and planning strategies o BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions o Discrete and/or process manufacturing o Capacity planning and order scheduling
• Solid understanding of manufacturing master data governance
• S/4HANA & Delivery Experience · Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA PP implementations or conversions · Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology (Fit‑to‑Standard, backlog‑driven delivery) · Strong documentation skills (Solution Design, Functional Specs, Architecture Diagrams)
• Technical & Integration Awareness (Preferred) · Exposure to: o PP‑DS (nice to have) o Batch Management and Classification o IDoc/API‑based integrations with MES or external planning systems o Basic debugging support and collaboration with ABAP teams
