Traveling costs will be reimbursed. --------------------------------------- JOB DETAILS Role Title: SAP PPQM Consultant (2 openings) Must Have Skills: SAP PPQM Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years Job Summary: The SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to design, build, and deploy SAP solutions for global and local rollouts. The consultant will bring deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to ensure successful end to end implementations, from blueprinting through go live and post deployment stabilization. The role requires strong business process knowledge, configuration expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities • Lead and support SAP PP/QM rollouts and implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, and go live support. • Conduct fit gap analysis against global templates and identify localization requirements. • Design and document to be business processes aligned with SAP best practices for manufacturing and quality management. Configure SAP PP and QM modules, including integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, and FI/CO. • Prepare and review functional specifications for developments, enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth integration across modules and external systems. • Support data migration activities, including material master, BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, and master data validation. • Define and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support, including defect resolution. • Lead or support cutover planning, mock runs, and go live execution. Work closely with business users to conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer. • Identify opportunities for business process optimization and system standardization during rollout. Provide hypercare and transition support post go live to ensure system stabilization. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Required Skills and Experience • 5–10 years of hands on SAP PP and QM functional experience, with at least one end to end implementation or rollout project. • Strong configuration knowledge in: o Production Planning (PP): MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning Quality Management (QM): Inspection types, inspection plans, quality notifications, results recording, usage decisions • Solid understanding of Material Master data and its impact on procurement, planning, production, and quality. Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Quality business processes. Experience working in template based rollouts and adapting solutions for country specific requirements. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions with minimal custom development. Exposure to S/4HANA PP/QM is preferred (classic PP or PP/DS is a plus).Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional and global teams. Willingness to support multiple rollouts and project phases in parallel.
