Responsibilities

• Führen und Leiten eines globalen SAP-Funktionsberatungs-Teams und externer Partner.
• Partnern mit globalen Stakeholdern zur Definition der SAP-Roadmap für Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Aftermarket etc.
• Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsinitiativen über Brukers globale Organisationen hinweg.
• Governance für S/4 HANA Sales, GTS und Service-Anwendungen, Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Regularien.
• Leitung von SAP-Nachfrage-Management, Business Case-Entwicklung und Priorisierung.
• Management des SAP-Anwendungslebenszyklus inkl. Support, Upgrades, Tests und Release-Management.
• Sicherstellung SLA- und KPI-gesteuerter Betriebsunterstützung mit hoher Systemverfügbarkeit.
• Unterstützung globaler SAP-Transformationsinitiativen, inkl. S/4HANA, Cloud-Adoption und Prozessmodernisierung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Architekturen, CRM, Finanzen, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Integration und Infrastruktur.
• Festlegung von KPIs, Leistungskennzahlen und Projekt-Delivery-Metriken.
• Ressourcen-, Budget- und Vendor-Management zur Erreichung von Zielen.

The SAP Manager Sales & Service (m/f/d) is responsible for leading the global SAP Sales, Global Trade Services (GTS), and Service function, ensuring change the delivery, support, continuous improvement, and strategic evolution of SAP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management, quality management, and logistics processes.

The role combines leadership, business partnership, SAP solution governance, and project delivery responsibilities to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related digital technologies across Bruker's global operations.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage a global team of SAP functional consultants and external partners supporting Sales, Global Trade Services (GTS), and Service Management processes through objectives-based management (MbO).
• Partner with global business stakeholders to define and execute the SAP roadmap for Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Aftermarket Services, Global Trade Compliance, Export Controls, and Customer Experience processes.
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Bruker's global sales, service, and trade compliance organizations.
• Provide functional and solution governance for S/4 HANA Sales, GTS, and Service applications, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, security requirements, trade regulations, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead SAP demand management activities including business case development, solution evaluation, prioritization, and project initiation.
• Manage SAP application lifecycle activities including support, enhancements, upgrades, testing, release management, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery of SLA- and KPI-driven operational support services while maintaining high system availability and business user satisfaction.
• Lead and support global SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA programs, cloud adoption, process modernization, customer engagement initiatives, and integration projects.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Integration, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable end-to-end business solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service performance metrics, project delivery metrics, and operational effectiveness indicators.
• Allocate and manage internal and external resources, budget, project priorities, and vendor relationships to achieve business and IT objectives.
• Act as project sponsor, project manager, or workstream lead for strategic Sales, GTS, and Service initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and future-ready SAP organization.
• Contribute to IT strategy development, budget planning, innovation initiatives, and technology roadmap planning.
• Drive the adoption of SAP best practices, SAP Fiori, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, analytics, and emerging SAP technologies to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business value.
