Job summary

thyssenkrupp Group in Hagen sucht einen SAP-Experten (m/w/d), der als primärer Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche und Key User fungiert und den Tagesbetrieb mit SAP-Fragen unterstützt.

Sie analysieren Geschäftsanforderungen, beraten Abteilungen und entwickeln ganzheitliche SAP-Lösungen entlang End-to-End-Prozessen. Zudem betreuen Sie S/4HANA-Projekte, Interfaces, Tests und Change-Management in einem manufacturing-Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder wirtschaftsinformatisches Studium.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in mindestens zwei SAP-Modulen (FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, QM, SD, EWM) in der Fertigung.
• Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA und SAP-Customizing.
• Erfahrung mit SAP-Schnittstellen, Integrationsszenarien, Tests, Incident- und Change-Management.
• Starke bereichsübergreifende Prozesseinsicht, besonders Einkauf, Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik und Finanzen.
• Analytischer, strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil; hohes Servicebewusstsein.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Hands-on-Mentalität.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• SAP Process Consulting & Solution Design: Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen, Beratung für Abteilungen, Entwicklung ganzheitlicher SAP-Lösungen.
• Modul-Support & Customizing: Betriebssupport und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Landschaft, Customizing, Entwicklungskonzepte, Release- und Change-Prozesse.
• Support & Fehleranalyse: 2nd/3rd Level Support, Root Cause Analysis, Koordination externer Dienstleister.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Planung und Durchführung von System-, Integrations- und Regressionstests, UAT-Unterstützung.
• Interfaces & Integration: Unterstützung und Optimierung von SAP-Interfaces, Analyse neuer Integrationsszenarien.
• Key Users & Departments: Beratung und Support für Key Users, Workshops und Schulungen, Prozessänderungen unterstützen.

Job description

We are currently looking for an SAP expert (m/f/d) for our client, a company of the thyssenkrupp Group in Hagen. You are the primary contact for departments and key users, supporting day-to-day operations with all SAP-related questions. SAP Process Consulting & Solution Design: Analysis of business requirements, consulting for departments, and development of holistic SAP solutions along end-to-end processes. Module Support & Customizing: Operational support and further development of the SAP landscape, including customizing, specification of development requirements, and release and change processes. Support & Error Analysis: Handling complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support, root cause analysis, and coordination of external service providers. Testing & Quality Assurance: Planning and execution of system, integration, and regression tests, as well as support for UATs, audits, and compliance requirements. Interfaces & Integration: Support and optimization of SAP interfaces, as well as analysis and implementation of new integration scenarios. Key Users & Departments: Consulting and support for key users, conducting workshops and training sessions, and supporting process changes. SAP Projects & Transformation: Participation in SAP projects, rollouts, migrations, and S/4HANA initiatives, as well as taking on your own work packages.

• Ideally, you will have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in at least two of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, QM, SD, EWM in a manufacturing company.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and sound knowledge of SAP customizing
• Experience with SAP interfaces, integration scenarios, testing, and incident and change management.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, particularly in purchasing, sales, production, logistics and finance.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a high level of service orientation.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills
