The role

• Lead and manage SAP HCM workstreams within complex SAP S / 4HANA and transformation programs
• Define strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure successful delivery
• Take part in business development and presales
• Stakeholder collaboration
• Lead and manage a team (team size depending on experience)

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM area
• Experience in Employee Central

• Travel willingness
• Good language skills in English and German
• Residence in Germany
