Responsibilities

• Conception, implementation and management of projects for the introduction of SAP HCM PT
• Further development of the existing SAP HCM PT solutions (application management)
• Ensuring the ongoing operation and optimisation of the existing SAP HCM solution
• Rollout and operation of Fiori Apps (user)
• Participation in the technological further development and definition of the medium-term SAP HCM system strategy (Fiori and H4S4)

What you should have

• A degree in business informatics, business administration, or a suitable training with extensive practical experience
• At least 5 years of experience in customising SAP HCM
• Experience in customizing SAP HCM PT schemas and rules (trainings are provided)
• Team player, service-oriented and enjoy actively driving topics forward

Will be a big plus

• basic knowledge of technologies such as Fiori Apps or/and BW on HANA, or/and SAP HCM EhP 8, or/and S/4 HANA
• Ideally, basic knowledge of ABAP development
