Lead SAP HCM Consultant | Fully Remote (Germany) | Up to 1200€ per day | 12 Month Contract

We are supporting a major enterprise client in Germany embarking on a greenfield SAP HCM implementation. This is a senior role for an experienced consultant who can take the lead in shaping the functional solution and guiding the client through the full implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Lead functional design and delivery of SAP HCM in a greenfield environment
• Translate business requirements into robust HCM processes and system design
• Configure, test, and implement SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)
• Ensure compliance with German HR and payroll regulations
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership
• Provide best practice guidance and act as the functional authority on the project

Requirements :

• Extensive experience as a lead SAP HCM functional consultant
• Proven track record on greenfield or large-scale transformation projects
• Deep knowledge of German Payroll and HR processes
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a remote project setting
