• Engagement : Full time
• Location : Hybrid (upto 40% on-site in Germany)
• Languages : Fluent in German & English
• Start date : ASAP
• Contract : 6 months + extension

Requirements

• At least 18+ years' experience in IT industry
• 8+ years in implementing SAP FSM Solutions for Utilities
• 4+ full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power / Water / Sewer)
• Hands on Functional and deployment experience in SAP FSM
• Strong knowledge of SAP FSM, GIS suite of solutions and development experience
• Integration with SAP FSM with the backend ERP system using SAP FSM Connector and SAP CPI
• Experience with Business rules, Screen configurations and workflows
• Exposure to CPI and designing groovy scripts
• Custom reports on SAP FSM using Jaspersoft tool
• Strong knowledge of Utility Data Models
• Knowledge of integration patterns with different other systems
• Familiarity with process integration of SAP FSM with other utility enterprise and operational systems
• Exposure to European Regulated and De-Regulated Markets
• Experience of leading development team, working with client teams / SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle
• Strong understanding of field service processes - workforce scheduling, service orders, mobile service execution, and service analytics
• Experience integrating SAP FSM with S / 4HANA, SAP EAM, SAP RSH modules.
• Proficiency in SAP FSM configuration, Smartforms, Business Rules, and Workflow setup
• Ability to lead large-scale transformation projects and work with global, cross-functional teams.
