Position Summary

The role is based centrally and involves close collaboration within a small team on SAP S/4 HANA implementations, project management, and support. No prior S/4 HANA knowledge is required; the company provides internal training, coaching, and access to the SAP E‑Learning Hub.

• Full‑time, permanent, 40 hours per week, unlimited tenure

Key Responsibilities

• Execution, further development, customizing, and implementation of company‑wide SAP FI projects.
• Consulting, analysis, and effort estimation of requirements in the FI area and optionally R2R, FAM, TRM with creation of high‑ and low‑level concepts.
• Planning, design, and introduction, including go‑live of rollout and transformation projects with analysis, evaluation, and implementation of requirements in the system landscape.
• Maintenance and consulting of SAP FI modules, optimization, and contribution to SAP projects.
• Collaboration with the business side and serving as contact for the business area and implementation partners.
• Responsibility for controlling finance processes and asset accounting.
• Optimization and further development of the SAP FI system and support of the overall SAP system.
• Preparation and delivery of user trainings, technical documentation, and specifications.
• Tasks as (partial) project manager and second‑level support, and, if necessary, module and integration testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice and preferably an academic degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• Professional experience in a similar role with extensive SAP FI/CO knowledge and preferably S/4 HANA.
• Customizing and functional knowledge in SAP FI/CO and S/4 HANA, with additional knowledge in ABAP, Fiori interfaces, debugging and error analysis preferred.
• Experience in planning and executing SAP projects with SAP FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience in project management.
• Solid process knowledge of accounting, general ledger, and reporting.
• Analytical thinking combined with good communication and decision skills, and creative innovation abilities.
• Fluent German and English in written and spoken form.
• Proactive work style, reliability, and teamwork.

Fixed salary starting at €90,000 and above depending on experience and qualifications. 40‑hour flexible working week, 30 vacation days, optional home‑office up to 5 days per week.
