Swisslog in Dortmund is seeking a SAP EWM Senior Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our intralogistics and robotics team. You will accompany customers on their SAP EWM journeys, provide 2nd/3rd level support, and help tailor solutions to warehouse processes.

The role combines technical SAP expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring fluent English and ideally German, with hybrid work options and opportunities to shape the future of warehouse automation at a world-leading company.

Competenze

• Completed studies in informatics/logistics or equivalent training.
• Enjoy solving puzzles and delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Customer-oriented and analytical approach in communication.
• Experience with SAP ERP/EWM; warehouse processes understanding.
• ABAP reading knowledge is an advantage.
• On-call activities experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to occasional hours outside normal working hours.
• Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.

• Accompany our customers on their journey with Swisslog's SAP EWM solutions, building trust and relations
• Knowledge of SAP ERP/EWM and/or understanding of warehouse processes
• Serve as the 2nd and 3rd level support contact point for our customers

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Successfully completed studies in the field of informatics/logistics or comparable training and experience
• Be enthusiastic about solving puzzles and finding solutions, contributing to high customer satisfaction
• Have a customer-oriented and analytical way of working and communicating
• Knowledge of SAP ERP/EWM and/or understanding of warehouse processes
• Experience with SAP EWM-MFS is an advantage
• Experience in reading ABAP source code or programming is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with on-call activities (separate remuneration) is an advantage
• Flexibility for occasional assignments outside normal working hours
• Good written and spoken English skills, fluent German is an advantage
