Job summary

Westernacher Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant SAP EWM to join its market-leading SAP Site Logistics practice. You will design and implement end-to-end warehouse processes and lead functional workstreams across global transformation programs, leveraging SAP EWM and automation technologies.

You will translate business requirements into effective SAP EWM solutions, drive configuration, testing, and go-live support, and collaborate with developers and consultants. Travel as required is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of SAP EWM consulting experience.
• Experience across at least three full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes.
• Excellent German and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Join Westernacher's market-leading SAP Site Logistics practice and work alongside a global team of experienced SAP logistics experts. As a Senior Consultant SAP EWM, you will contribute to complex end-to-end transformation programs, helping global organizations optimize and modernize their warehouse and logistics operations using SAP EWM, automation technologies, and the latest SAP innovations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end warehouse processes using SAP EWM.
• Lead functional workstreams from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Conduct customer workshops and process analyses, translating business requirements into effective SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure SAP EWM and ensure high-quality delivery through functional documentation, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Create functional and technical specifications and collaborate closely with developers and consultants during implementation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and advise customers on suitable solution options, benefits, and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant SAP EWM consulting experience.
• Proven SAP EWM consulting experience across at least three full-cycle implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes.
• Excellent German and good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
