Zusammenfassung

Ampstek is seeking an L1 SAP EWM support specialist to assist the EWM business team on a 24/7 onsite basis at the client location in Germany. You will liaise with client teams, resolve L1 issues, and raise incidents for escalation.

The role requires hands-on EWM experience, SAP EWM integration with MES/S4 modules, and fluent German. Expect coordination with multiple IT teams and a strong focus on regulatory alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years in EWM hands-on warehouse support or projects.
• Experience integrating EWM with automated systems (ASRS, AGV, lift, schedulers).
• Experience integrating EWM with MES and S/4 modules (Manufacturing, QM).
• Solid knowledge of Inventory Management, stock transfers, and valuation.
• Fluent German; good understanding of regulatory needs (GXP/SOX).
• Able to work onsite at the client location and in 24/7 shifts.

Top 3 Responsibilities /Job Duties:

• Responsible for Level 1 Support for EWM business team.
• Responsible for liaising with client business teams and supporting the client on day-to-day operations and resolving L1 issues and raising incidents for connected teams.
• Responsible for coordinating with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidence.

Responsible for Level 1 Support for EWM business team:

• Worked in SNOW ticketing tool
• Worked in EWM space in ECC EWM 9.5 or S/4 HANA EWM 1909 or onwards
• Responsible for understanding of integration with Warehouse Automation and MES system
• Responsible for integrating with other satellite systems/vendors for issue analysis and resolution
• Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client on day-to-day operations
• Responsible for coordinating with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidence
• Responsible for aligning with EWM IT team for Change Requests and execute informal testing
• Propose workarounds for issues needing immediate resolution

• Should have minimum 3 years in EWM hands on work in warehouse support or support projects
• Must have experience in integrating EWM with automated systems like ASRS, AGV, LIFT, Scheduler, AMR, conveyors, pallet exchangers etc.
• Must have experience in integration of EWM with MES and S4 modules like Manufacturing and Quality Management
• Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation
• Must have good knowledge in following EWM areas: Integration with ECC, Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration, Kitting, Cold chain management etc
• Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP and QM
• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.
• Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.
• Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool and testing tool
• Should have handled post go live stabilization and critical issue resolution
• Must have an experience working in an environment utilizing number of non ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE, REST etc.
• Basic understanding of custom code along with basic debugging skills.
• SAP EWM knowledge and Fluent German speaking (Mandatory)
• Resource to be working from client location (from Warehouse site) only. No remote working is expected.
• Resources need to be working in Shifts across 24 7 model including Weekend shifts limited to 40 hrs. per week.
