Your role

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse management requirements.
• Design end-to-end SAP EWM solutions based on industry best practices and business needs in the industry.
• Lead the implementation of SAP EWM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Configure SAP EWM settings to meet specific business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations with other SAP modules.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP), PP, QM, TM and external systems.
• Design and implement interfaces to connect SAP EWM with third-party logistics providers and other relevant systems.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize SAP EWM processes for efficiency and performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
• Create comprehensive documentation for SAP EWM configurations, custom developments, and integrations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing system support.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving SAP EWM-related issues.
• Collaborate with the support team to address user-reported problems and implement timely solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP EWM developments, updates, and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend new functionalities and features that align with business goals.
• Experience in SAP EWM implementation and architecture.
• Extensive experience in SAP EWM implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP EWM certification is a plus.
