LAPP in Stuttgart sucht eine/n erfahrene/n SAP EWM/TM-Berater/in zur Konzeption und Umsetzung von Systemlösungen, Optimierung von SAP EWM und TM sowie Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Rollouts.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern und internen Entwicklungsprojekten zusammen, sind versiert in S/4HANA-Umgebungen und Integrationsschnittstellen (ERP, QM, SD, MM, PP) und unterstützen den 3rd-Level-Support.
Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP EWM/SAP TM Berater (idealerweise 5+ Jahre).
- Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Praxis in LE/WM/TM-relevanten Prozessen und Aufgaben.
- Erfahrung in S/4HANA-Umgebungen / ERP.
- Anpassung und Integrationsschnittstellen (ERP, QM, SD, MM, PP).
- Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in Logistik, Lagerverwaltung und Versand.
- Teamarbeit und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
Aufgaben
- Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Systemlösungen sowie aktive Unterstützung und Optimierung von SAP EWM und TM-Anwendungen.
- Mitwirkung an Rollout- und Upgrade-Projekten (national/international), ggf. Übernahme von funktionalen Teilprojekten.
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Schulungsbedarf und Erstellung von Dokumentationen für Template-Prozesse sowie lokale Entwicklungen.
- Unterstützung von hauseigenen Entwicklungen und Erweiterungen.
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemlandschaften.
- Integrationsmanagement mit anderen SAP-Modulen und ERP.
- Unterstützung im 3rd-Level-Support und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Systemprozessen mit Schwerpunkt auf Customizing und Integrationsschnittstellen (ERP, QM, SD, MM, PP).

- Conceptualization and implementation of new system solutions as well as active support and optimization of SAP EWM and TM applications
- Participation in rollout and upgrade projects (national/international), with the potential to take on functional sub-project management depending on experience
- Support for business departments in training needs and creation of documentation for template processes as well as local developments
- Support for Lapp's in-house developments and extensions
- Coordination of and collaboration with external service providers, as well as further development of existing system landscapes
- Integration management with other SAP modules and ERP
- Support in 3rd-level support and continuous improvement of system processes with strong proficiency in customizing and integration interfaces (ERP, QM, SD, MM, PP)
- Several years of experience as an SAP EWM and SAP TM Consultant (ideally 5+ years)
- Successful completion of a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in LE/WM/TM-relevant processes and tasks
- Practical experience in S/4HANA environments / ERP
- Proficient in customizing and integration interfaces (ERP, QM, SD, MM, PP)
- Understanding of business processes in logistics, warehouse management, and shipping
- Enjoyment of teamwork, including cross-departmental collaboration
