The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or Business and hands-on SAP module experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and fluent English. German is a plus, and hybrid work is possible depending on project needs.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module (e.g., SD, FICO, MM, HCM, ABAP, HANA).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
• Provide functional or technical support depending on your specialization.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or migrations (preferred).
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Support integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in SAP processes.
• Participate in ongoing system improvements and optimization initiatives.

Salary Range: €65,000 – €110,000 per annum + Bonus (depending on experience and specialization)

Location: Germany - Multiple Locations | On-site / Hybrid (depending on project requirements)

Your Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP solutions across one or more modules such as SAP SD, FICO, MM, HCM, PP, WM, or others
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions
• Provide functional or technical support depending on your specialization
• Work on SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or migrations (preferred)
